Responsibilities

  • Providing ongoing legal advice and support to all company departments.
  • Preparing and reviewing contracts, regulations, and other legal documents.
  • Preparing of intellectual property strategy and protection of the company's intellectual property
  • Representing the company before courts, administrative bodies, and in arbitration proceedings.
  • Monitoring changes in legislation and informing the relevant departments.
  • Collaborating with external law firms.
  • Participating in business negotiations and corporate projects.
  • Ensuring the company's compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Professional experience required

  • Completed law degree.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a legal counsel, preferably with experience in a company or law firm.
  • Knowledge of civil, commercial, labor law, IP and data protection regulations.
  • Experience in representing clients before courts and administrative bodies.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in international companies – familiarity with the specific nature of working in global organizations, including collaboration with international teams and global clients.
