Role Overview

The RPA Specialist will be instrumental in developing and deploying automation solutions across various business processes to improve performance and accuracy. This role involves using leading RPA tools to design, develop, and implement automation systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement RPA solutions across multiple departments to automate business processes.
  • Work with stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and assess automation feasibility.
  • Develop scalable and efficient process automation workflows.
  • Maintain and optimize existing RPA deployments, ensuring robustness and reliability.
  • Document all RPA processes and maintain a clear audit trail for process modifications.
  • Keep abreast of latest RPA technologies and industry best practices.

Professional experience required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing RPA solutions with any major RPA software (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
  • Strong analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Certifications in RPA platforms.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or .NET.
  • Experience in a tech-driven industry, especially related to electric vehicles or energy management.

Other requirements

  • Ability to work in a team
  • Very good knowledge of English enabling work in an international team
