Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support to clients experiencing technical issues
- Provide responsive support to clients during normal shift hours, when scheduled for early and late shifts, and as identified for on-call or as requested by management. Early/Late shifts and on-call could be required of the role. Adapt to a flexible schedule to meet the 24/7 support requirements.
- Monitor the network of deployed charging stations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems, offering clear and actionable solutions.
- Register and classify problems into our internal databases, ensuring accurate record-keeping and tracking.
- Collaborate with other technical teams to find effective resolutions and schedule interventions.
- Offer guidance and advice to clients on the optimal use of our products
- Continuously update your knowledge of the company's products and the broader technological landscape.
- Develop and maintain FAQs and other support documentation to assist in the efficient resolution of common issues.
Professional experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in technical support, IT support, or a similar role.
- At least basic knowledge of Linux
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and empathy when dealing with clients.
- A customer-oriented attitude, with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Very good knowledge of technical English enabling work in an international team and with foreign clients
